If you're an employee
If your Skipr card is blocked, you will not be able to unblock it on your own.
Please contact your mobility manager. They will unblock if for you.
If you're a freelancer
If you have blocked your card yourself, and want to unblock it, simply go to your card details in your app, and then click on the "Unblock card" button.
