My card was stolen or I lost it. How can I block it?


You can block your Skipr payment card at any moment in your portal or in your app!

  • In the portal: log in, find the payment card section in your dashboard (homepage), and click on 'Block card.'
  • In the app: go to the card section in your Settings, fill in your password, and tap 'block your card.'

If you've lost your card or if it was stolen, please contact our Support immediately.
Once your card is blocked, you will not be able to unlock it yourself. You need to contact your fleet manager, so that they can request a new one.
