Where can I find the tickets I have purchased?


Depending on the public transport operator, there are different ways to access your purchased tickets:

  • STIB-MIVB: these tickets need to be transferred to your Mobib card to be used. Here is the process to follow.
  • NMBS: tickets will automatically be displayed on your screen after purchase, with the QR code that you'll need to show in train.
  • De Lijn: after your purchase, you'll see the number of tickets you have (also accessible at anytime from the Menu in "Mobility Services" > "De Lijn"). To use your tickets, you'll need to activate them. They'll then be displayed on your screen, with a timer that indicates the time that you have left to use it.
  • Poppy: Your active Poppy booking will also be available from this home screen

Moreover, your active tickets are accessible at all time from the Home screen, on the bottom right.
