The Swapfiets subscription process changed recently, and it now requires our users to fill their Skipr card details on their website to keep using the service.
But fear not, it won't change the way you are debited, it will still be through your Skipr budget!
Let us guide you through the process:
1) Please go to your Swapfiets account environment via the Swapfiets app (A) or online via: account.swapfiets.com (B)
2A) If you are logging in via the Swapfiets app, then:

Click on the menu in the upper right corner

Then click on “Account” followed by “Change Payment method”

Then log into your account with your email address and password.

2B) If you are logging in via your browser:

Go to account.swapfiets.com

Then log into your account with your email address and password.

Click on subscription in the top menu bar

Click on “Change Payment method” on the left side of the screen.

3) Then select the preferred payment method and enter your Skipr card details; by selecting “Master card” and entering your Skipr Card number.
4) Complete the €0,05 verification payment
5) Save your Skipr Card payment details
6) Once you are done with saving your Skipr card payment details, please don’t forget to notify Swapfiets and Skip by sending an email to: to support@skipr.co with business@swapfiets.com in CC.

7) You have now completed the change!
And that is all there is to do, nothing more on your side!
